So what does UGC look like?

✔️ Someone posts about how great the service or results have been with your company. This could take the form of a Facebook or Twitter post or of course a video on TikTok or Instagram. It could be a simple Instagram post.

✔️ Someone leaves you a review on a review site, Google or your Facebook page

✔️ Someone writes a blog about an experience with your brand 

UGC can be created by your customers, clients and brand loyalists but it can also be created by forming partnerships with creators. Collaborating with creators that are aligned with your brand and values means your brand gets discovered by more of the right people. 

If you’re not making the most of the great feedback your brand gets - it’s time to start. And you don’t have to wait until a client happens to post something off their own back.
